The drying of coffee beans is the core process of initial coffee processing, which directly affects the flavor quality and market value of the final coffee. Traditional natural drying requires 15-20 days per batch, which is greatly affected by weather conditions, has unstable quality, and is difficult to trace. Nanchong Shouchuang Technology has developed and launched a hot air drying production line for coffee beans, aiming at the pain points and difficulties of coffee beans drying, which has realized the industrialized, standardized and intensive production of coffee beans drying.
This production line adopts multi-layer mesh belt hot air penetration drying technology with high automation, which can complete a batch of drying within 40 hours. The site occupation is smaller than that of natural drying, the construction cost is lower than that of natural drying, and the labor is less than that of natural drying
This production line is specially designed for coffee beans. It is suitable for drying the wet beans after peeling and degumming of fresh coffee fruits. It is used in primary coffee processing plants, cooperative centralized processing, and large-scale planting bases
Core equipment: Multi layer mesh belt hot air dryer
Adopting the patented technology of cross segmented air supply, multiple flat mesh belts are set up from top to bottom in the drying oven, and the discharge end of each mesh belt is located above the feed end of the next layer of mesh belt. The material is flipped multiple times during the process of falling layer by layer, resulting in more uniform drying
Product Features
1. High degree of automation
The entire production line realizes programmable and controllable production, with fully automatic operation from feeding to discharging, one click operation, greatly reducing manual labor intensity.
2. High drying efficiency
The drying time has been shortened from the traditional 15-20 days/batch for drying to 40 hours/batch, and the utilization rate of the site has been improved.
3. Superior quality of finished products
By using clean hot air and sulfur free drying, the flavor of coffee beans is maintained and the quality is stable and controllable, which is conducive to establishing a coffee quality traceability system.
4. Energy conservation and consumption reduction
Coffee shells and other by-products can be used as heat source fuels, and can also be combined with solar energy to reduce operating costs.
5. Cross sectional air supply patented technology
Each layer of mesh belt has independent air supply, and hot air is blown horizontally without dead corners. The upper and lower layers complement each other, significantly improving the uniformity of drying
