Lilac Drying Machine

A clove dryer is a device specifically used for drying clove buds. Its core goal is to remove moisture while maximizing the retention of volatile essential oils in cloves and preventing aroma loss. Because cloves are rich in aromatic components such as eugenol and are relatively sensitive to temperature, the drying process requires low-temperature slow drying.

Equipment Selection Reference

Consideration  Recommendation |

Capacity scale； Small batch-type heat pump drying rooms have a processing capacity of about 500 kg per batch; continuous equipment can reach 10 tons per hour

Heat source conditions； Prioritize heat pumps where electricity is available; where natural gas is available, continuous hot air furnaces can be selected

Material requirements； Material-contact parts should be food-grade stainless steel to prevent corrosion and contamination by essential oils

Degree of automation；Prioritize equipment equipped with PLC temperature control systems and IoT remote monitoring functions |

The aroma of cloves comes from volatile essential oils, and high temperatures accelerate the volatilization of essential oils. Therefore, temperature control is the core.

The clove dryer from Nanchong Shouchuang Technology is equipped with multiple temperature zones that adjust according to different temperature curves, resulting in better quality dried cloves.
