Sugar Beet Residue Drying Machine is evenly laid on a continuously running multi-layer stainless steel mesh belt. The materials move with the conveyor belt and pass through the areas with different temperature and humidity settings in the dryer in sequence.
The continuous production of mesh belt dryer equipment has a high degree of automation, extremely high production efficiency, excellent drying uniformity, and saves labor.
Feeding: Spread the pre treated (cleaned, peeled, seeded, cut, and color protected) guava evenly on the mesh belt.
Drying stage:
Preheating period: rapid heating, short-term dehumidification, so that the center temperature of the material rises as soon as possible. Constant speed drying period: mainly removes surface and free water, increases moisture removal, and maintains drying power. The fan is running at high speed. Slow drying period: Remove internal bound water. The temperature further decreases, the dehumidification capacity decreases, and the fan can be adjusted to a low speed. Prevent burning and darkening of color.
Cooling (optional): Briefly introduce ambient temperature air to cool the material before drying to prevent condensation and moisture regain after discharge.
Discharge: Take out or collect dried dried guava.
