The mesh belt hot air chili dryer is a continuous and high-efficiency drying equipment designed specifically for large-scale chili processing. 2、 Working principle
When the equipment is working, fresh or cleaned chili peppers are evenly spread on the top layer of the mesh belt. Driven by the transmission device, the mesh belt moves slowly at a set speed. Chili enters from one end and flips down layer by layer (avoiding stacking in the same position). At the same time, the clean hot air generated by the hot blast stove (coal-fired, gas-fired, oil fired, electric heating or steam heat exchanger) is blown into the equipment from the bottom or side by the circulating fan. Hot air penetrates the chili layer on the mesh belt, taking away the surface moisture and forming humid and hot air. Some of the moisture is discharged by the dehumidification system, while the rest is mixed with fresh hot air and heated again for recycling, achieving high efficiency and energy saving.
