Working principle

The equipment adopts hot air forced circulation drying technology. After heating the air with a heat source (steam, electricity, natural gas, etc. are optional), the hot air is sent into the drying oven by a high-temperature resistant circulating fan, and evenly distributed through an adjustable uniform air plate to ensure consistent temperature in all areas of the oven and uniform heating of the materials

Pomegranate slices are laid flat on material trays or mesh belts inside the box, and hot air circulates through the material layer to remove evaporated moisture. The equipment is equipped with an automatic dehumidification system, where moisture is promptly discharged through the dehumidification port, and fresh air is replenished from the air inlet to form a continuous fresh air supply dehumidification cycle, greatly improving drying efficiency
