Equipment Introduction

Working principle: The core of the equipment is to evenly spread fresh peppers on multiple layers of stainless steel mesh belts. The mesh belt circulates in the drying oven, and hot air penetrates the material layer from top to bottom or from bottom to top, taking away moisture and achieving uniform drying. During this process, the material falls from the upper layer to the lower layer step by step and will automatically flip over to ensure even drying.

Core components: A complete production line mainly consists of four parts: feeding conveyor, multi-layer mesh belt drying host, heating system (such as hot blast stove), and electronic control system
