The Dates drying production line is an automated assembly line system that processes fresh dates into dried dates. It mainly consists of three systems: pre-treatment, core drying, and post-treatment, which can efficiently and stably complete the transformation from fresh fruit to finished product.
Composition of production line
A complete red Dates drying line, with each link interlocking, usually includes the following equipment:
Pre processing system: responsible for screening and cleaning fresh Dates to prepare for drying.
Wind sorting/grading machine: Remove impurities and grade the red dates according to their size and weight.
Cleaning machine: Thoroughly clean the soil and pesticide residues on the surface of red dates through multiple processes such as bubbling, rolling, and spraying.
Drying/draining machine: After cleaning, blow dry or drain the moisture on the surface of jujube fruits with strong wind or vibration to avoid affecting the subsequent drying effect
Core drying system: This is the core of the production line, responsible for dehydrating and drying the cleaned red dates.
Core equipment: mainly adopts mesh belt dryer. This equipment consists of multiple layers of stainless steel mesh belts. Red dates automatically flip and move on the mesh belt as the equipment runs, and hot air penetrates the material layer for uniform drying, achieving automated continuous production.
Supporting system: including a hot blast stove/heat source system that provides a heat source (which can use coal, biomass, natural gas, etc.), a material feeder for conveying materials, and a PLC programmable central control system that controls the entire process.
Post processing and packaging system: further processing and packaging of the dried finished product.
Cooling/Softening Equipment: Newly dried red dates have uneven moisture inside and outside, requiring cooling and "softening" treatment to allow the internal moisture to spread outward and make the jujube meat uniform.
Selected conveyor: Manual or automatic selection is carried out during the conveying process to remove unqualified products.
Sterilization and packaging equipment: Sterilize finished products (such as microwave sterilization) and then perform quantitative packaging
