Mango block dryer usually consists of two core parts: cleaning, peeling, cutting, and dehydration drying modules.

Cleaning and sorting system

Bubble cleaning: Use high-pressure bubbles to make mangoes roll in water, gently clean surface stains, and avoid damaging the skin.

Brush cleaning: Some production lines are equipped with soft bristle brush rollers to remove gum and residual pesticides from mango skin.

Manual sorting table: Remove fruits that are rotten, insect infested, or too ripe (over ripe can cause the slices to not form properly). Usually, it is required to choose mangoes that are 7-8 mature, with firm flesh and less fiber
