Coconut strips (products made by cutting coconut meat into strips) are important intermediate products in the deep processing of coconut, widely used in food processing fields such as coconut paste, coconut chips, and coconut snacks. Fresh coconut meat has a moisture content of up to 55% -60%, and if not dried in time, it is highly susceptible to spoilage and deterioration.
Based on over 50 years of experience in the research and development of agricultural product drying equipment, Nanchong Shouchuang Technology has launched a series of coconut strip hot air dryers to address the high oil content, easy adhesion, and high color requirements of coconut meat. The equipment adopts multi-layer mesh belt continuous drying technology, which evenly penetrates the material layer through clean hot air, achieving efficient dehydration while protecting the natural color and nutritional content of coconut meat.
working principle
The equipment adopts a multi-layer mesh belt hot air penetration drying process. Coconut strips are evenly laid on a stainless steel mesh belt through a feeding conveyor belt, moving forward with the mesh belt and falling layer by layer to the lower mesh belt, forming a multi-layer cyclic flipping drying path.
The clean hot air generated by the hot air system is evenly sent by the blower to the bottom of each layer of mesh belt, penetrating the material layer from bottom to top, and removing the internal moisture of the material through convective heat exchange. The equipment adopts a counter current or through flow hot air circulation design, with uniform distribution of hot air, ensuring that each coconut strip can achieve consistent drying effect.
In response to the high oil content and easy adhesion of coconut meat, SUS304 stainless steel material is used for the mesh belt and contact material parts, effectively preventing material adhesion and pollution
Product Features
1. Specially designed for coconut materials
Coconut meat has a high oil content and a flexible texture. Ordinary drying equipment can easily cause material adhesion and discoloration of the oil. This equipment adopts a low-temperature high air flow drying strategy (adjustable temperature of 50-120 ℃), effectively protecting the natural color and nutritional components of coconut meat. The finished product has a white color and pure coconut fragrance.
2. Multi layer flipping, uniform drying
The drying oven generally has a multi-layer mesh belt structure, and the material automatically flips during the falling process layer by layer, simulating the effect of manual flipping to ensure uniform drying and avoid local overheating.
3. Continuous automated production
The equipment realizes continuous flow operation of automatic feeding, automatic flipping, and automatic discharging, completing the wet material to finished product in one go, greatly saving manpower.
4. Precise temperature and humidity control
PLC fully automatic control system, temperature adjustable from 50-120 ℃, flexible adjustment of mesh belt speed and laying thickness (10-80mm), can set the optimal drying curve according to the thickness of coconut strips and initial moisture content.
