Working principle
After the cold air is heated to the required temperature through the heat exchanger, it is sent to the drying chamber by the hot air distribution system according to the material drying process requirements. The material is evenly spread on the mesh surface through the spreading device. Driven by the transmission mechanism, the material enters the drying chamber with the material carrying mesh belt. The materials in the drying room enter the lower layer after walking through the upper layer, and enter the discharging machine for discharging after walking through the lower layer. At the same time of drying, the dehumidification system will discharge the humid and hot air generated in the drying process out of the room or send part of it to the hot air distribution system or waste heat utilization.
