The dry processing of seafood products such as dried fish, dried scallops, dried squid, shrimp, abalone, sea cucumber, etc. is an important industry in coastal areas. Working Principle
The seafood dryer adopts air source heat pump technology, and its working principle is based on the reverse Carnot cycle:
Heat absorption: Using a small amount of electrical energy to drive a compressor, the refrigerant evaporates into a gaseous state in the evaporator, absorbing a large amount of heat energy from the air.
Circulating dehumidification: The humid and hot air is condensed into moisture by the dehumidification module and discharged, while the waste heat is recovered and recycled within the system.
Product Features
1. Low temperature and mild temperature, maintaining quality
Seafood drying requires lower temperatures and larger circulating air volumes to avoid high temperatures damaging the flavor and color of the products. The device temperature can be accurately adjusted within the range of 30-65 ℃, simulating the temperature of the sun for gentle drying, resulting in natural color and pure flavor of the finished product.
2. Precise temperature and humidity control
Equipped with a PLC microcomputer intelligent control system, multiple temperature and humidity curves can be set according to the drying process requirements of different seafood products, achieving intelligent automatic control and ensuring stable quality of each batch of products.
3. Efficient and energy-saving
The operating cost is only 1/3-1/4 of electric heating, saving about 75% of operating costs compared to coal-fired, oil fired, and gas-fired equipment.
Adopting waste heat recovery technology, only removing moisture and not heat, with heat circulating in a closed-loop system.
