Mesh belt type: The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt through the feeding machine, enters from the feeding port, slowly passes through multiple temperature zones of the dryer under the conveyor of the mesh belt, and finally flows out automatically from the discharge port, directly entering the next packaging or processing stage. The entire process is seamlessly connected and can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted production.
Drying room style: Workers need to put materials into trays/carts, push them into the drying room, and close the door for drying. After the time is up, open the door again and pull out the material truck for cooling and unloading. The process of loading, unloading, heating, and cooling involves a significant waste of time, manpower, and heat energy.
Excellent drying uniformity and product quality
Mesh belt type: The equipment is designed with a precise air distribution system (such as orifice plates) inside, ensuring that hot air can evenly and vertically pass through the material layer (through flow principle), so that each part of the material is in almost the same temperature and humidity environment. The path of material movement is fixed, so all finished products have consistent dryness, color, and quality.
Drying room type: Hot air circulates inside the room, inevitably resulting in dead corners, eddies, and temperature gradients. The temperature is high near the heat source and air outlet, while the temperature is low in the corners and far from the air outlet, resulting in uneven dryness and wetness of materials in the same batch, which affects the overall quality.
