Grapefruit Drying Machine is an automated large-scale drying equipment designed with a mesh belt structure to increase the yield of dried Grapefruit and ensure the uniformity of Grapefruit drying, compared to drying in a drying room.
It is a batch and continuous production drying equipment mainly used for drying and processing fruits and vegetables such as grapefruit. The heating methods include electric heating, steam heating, hot air heating, and air source heat pump technology.
The Grapefruit dryer distributes the materials to be processed on a conveyor belt through an appropriate spreading mechanism. The conveyor belt is composed of one or several heating units, each equipped with an air heating and circulation system. Each channel has one or several dehumidification systems. When the conveyor belt passes through, hot air passes from top to bottom or from bottom to top through the materials on the conveyor belt, so that the materials can be evenly dried.
