Mesh belt continuous drying process
The material is evenly laid on multiple layers of stainless steel mesh belt by the feeding conveyor belt, moving forward with the mesh belt and falling layer by layer. The clean hot air generated by the hot air system is evenly sent to each layer of mesh belt through the air supply duct, penetrating the material layer from bottom to top or from top to bottom, and carrying away the internal moisture of the material through convective heat exchange.
In response to the loose and fragile characteristics of hemp leaf tissue, the equipment adopts a low-temperature and high air flow drying strategy to effectively protect the active ingredients of the material. The equipment can flexibly adjust parameters such as temperature, air volume, and mesh belt speed.
