The Prune drying production line is the core link of modern Prune processing, especially when producing high-quality candied Prune or dried Prune. It is not an isolated equipment, but an automated system closely connected with the previous and subsequent processes.
A complete plum drying production line usually includes not only a dryer, but also a continuous operation line composed of multiple subsystems such as pre-treatment and drying
Raw material cleaning and selection: Ximei is fed into a bubble fruit washing machine through a feeding device, and surface stains and pesticide residues are thoroughly cleaned using bubbles and sprays. Subsequently, after selecting the conveyor belt, the unqualified fruits are removed
Blanching and cooling: After cleaning, the plum enters the blanching and softening machine for short-term high-temperature treatment. The main purpose of this step is to kill bacteria and enzymes, soften the skin for subsequent removal of astringency. Immediately cool down through an air-cooled conveyor after processing to prevent excessive softening
Core drying stage: After cooling, the plum enters the drying production line. By controlling the temperature, humidity, and wind speed, the moisture content of the plum is reduced from around 80% to the target value (such as 18-22%), making it easy to store and have a soft texture
The technological roots of Nanchong Shouchuang Technology can be traced back to the 1972 cocoon drying machine research project. The company was officially established in 2002 and has over 50 years of experience in drying equipment research and development. The advantage of Shouchuang Technology lies not only in the equipment itself, but also in its profound understanding of material drying processes accumulated over more than 50 years, as well as the full chain service capabilities built around customer success. If you have specific drying needs, we can further communicate.
